Stretch being attended to

Kota Kinabalu: The developer of a commercial property along Jalan Ewan, will upgrade the road once work has been completed. 

A spokesman for City Hall’s Traffic and Transport Department said the refurbishment involved a “proposed urban revitalisation” of the 300-metre stretch.

“A new bike lane and ‘artistic parklets’ will be put in place as part of this revamp,” he said.

“The company also hopes to give the area a new look with ‘road art’ in strategic locations of the stretch.”
