AC Milan have failed with an offer for Sheffield United midfielder Ismaila Coulibaly.
Coulibaly is on loan at top flight side K Beerschot VA.
The club is part-owned by United owner Prince Abdullah and is one of the clubs which comes under the umbrella of United World.
HLN says the Rossoneri have made an approach for the 20-year-old, but the enquiry was rejected.
Coulibaly arrived in the summer from Norwegian side Sarpsborg and signed on a five-year contract. He was immediately shipped out on a three-year loan but can be recalled to Bramall Lane at any point.
