Former AC Milan striker George Weah is delighted seeing Paolo Maldini running the club's transfer policy.
The pair were teammates with the Rossoneri.
"Milan have begun a new, brilliant path. The culture of victory is part of the Rossoneri's DNA," he said.
“Paolo [Maldini] is a great man and a good friend of mine, he was an amazing captain. He is a hard worker, he knows what it takes to reach the highest levels, Inter, Juventus and Napoli remain competitive rivals for Milan.
"I don't know if they will win the title, but they will fight until the end," he continued.
