Everton are demanding top price for Moise Kean.
The Italy striker is currently on a straight loan with PSG - though such has been his impact that talks have kicked off about a permanent deal.
Sky Sports says PSG chief Leonardo has approached Everton about a price for Kean.
And Everton are prepared to sell - but only at a set price of €34.5m.
Kean has a deal with Everton to 2024 and recently said of his time with PSG: "It's a very good thing for me to play in one of the biggest clubs of the world. Here I am focused on delivering good results, and for the future, you never know."
