Sung Siew principal retires after 33 years

SANDAKAN: The Principal of Sung Siew Secondary School, Poh Siew Boon, retired recently after 33 years in service. 

The school held a simple but memorable farewell in view of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Poh entered the education world in 1987 and was first posted to St Cecilia Secondary School, here. She always treated the teaching profession as a sacred mission and one of integrity.

She took over as the Principal of Sung Siew Secondary School in 2015 and she made sure that the students’ academic and co-curriculum activities continue to shine.
