Torino have sacked coach Marco Giampaolo.
Giampaolo has been dumped after failing to turn results around since the New Year. He is expected to be replaced by Davide Nicola.
“Torino Football Club announce that they have sacked Marco Giampaolo from the position of the first team," the club announced in a statement.
“The club thanks Giampaolo and his staff for the professionalism and commitment shown in these months with the Granata."
The Granata managed just two wins, seven draws and nine defeats in Serie A this season, scoring 26 goals and conceding 35.
