Fenerbahce coach Erol Bulut is excited by the prospect of calling on Mesut Ozil.
Released from his contract at Arsenal, Ozil's move to the Gunners is expected to be confirmed Monday.
Bulut stated: "There is no need to talk about Mesut's quality. Mesut Özil is among the top 10 players of the world in my eyes at number 10. A great talent, quality ... As a human being, we already see a brother of good character.
"Mesut will make a great contribution to our game philosophy. His teammates have to help him. He will definitely help the attackers with his quality. They need to understand each other well.
"As for Fenerbahçe, we will answer the mistakes made to Mesut in the past, both in England and in Germany.
"We need to analyse it well. He did not experience the preseason camp with the team. We have a period of 21 games ahead of us. I think it will be difficult to change the complete system for a player in the current situation. That's why Mesut will take his place in our current system in the best way.
