Arsenal legend Thierry Henry is close to becoming the new manager at Bournemouth, according to the Mirror.
The Cherries have officially approached MLS outfit Montreal Impact with the intention of speaking to Henry and then making him their manager.
It is unclear if the Cherries will be able to get their man.
The 43-year-old could succeed Jason Tindall, who was fired two weeks ago.
Jonathan Woodgate, who has won three of four as caretaker, is not thought to be in the frame for the job.
