RANAU: All Village Development and Security Committees (JPKKs) in the State must identify all villagers in their respective areas in order to efficiently facilitate efforts to help them, says Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam. He said the appointed JPKKs are the most important people in the villages and, therefore, need to know all the villagers to ensure effective services.
