Real Sociedad chief Roberto Olabe has left the door open to re-signing Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard.
Odegaard is on-loan at Arsenal from Real Madrid, having spent last term with La Real.
Olabe said, "We have an excellent relationship with Martin, but from the start, it has never been a possibility.
"I told Imanol (coach), I also said it to (Jokin) Aperribay (the club's president) , I have nothing more to add. It was never an option at any time.
“For the future? It's a possibility. For now, we stay focused on who we are and what we have. The rest will come later. Martin grew up with us, he helped us a lot, we had a great relationship because we helped each other in the same way."
