Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is planning a return to PSG for superkid Kay Ruiz-Atil.
The 18 year-old midfielder, signed from Barcelona, is off contract in June and has been axed from PSG's first team squad after refusing to discuss new terms.
Foot Mercato says Chelsea are looking at the promising midfielder.
Ruiz-Atil has played seven games in Ligue 1 this season and was introduced to senior football by Tuchel at PSG.
The youngster is currently free to sign a pre-contract with any foreign team.
