Leeds United defender Pascal Struijk is in the middle of a sudden international tug-of-war.
De Telegraaf says Struijk is a target for Belgium coach Roberto Martinez ahead of the summer Euros.
Former Ajax stopper Struijk, born in Deurne, Belgium, has dual nationality and can therefore choose between the two countries.
His agent revealed: "It is true that the national coach of Belgium has contacted Pascal.
"The content remains between Mr Martinez and Pascal."
Meanwhile, KNVB football chief Nico-Jan Hoogma says: "All Dutch players who play in major foreign competitions are of course known to us. However, we do not make any statements about the status of players."
