Relax SOPs, say barbershop and hair salon operators

SANDAKAN: Barbershop and hair salon operators here urged the government to relax the standard operating procedure (SOP) requirements for their business. 

They said that although they are allowed to resume operations, only haircuts are allowed, while other services such as hair wash and hair colouring are still not allowed.
