Kudos to Daily Express, Department for speedy action

LABUAN: Both the Sabah Land and Survey Department and Daily Express had been hailed for the timely intervention that prevented the massive damage of environment in Kampong Lapasan, Sepanggar.

Sabah-based activist Datuk Patrick Sindu (pic) said “had the issue been not reported in the Daily Express it would have gone unnoticed and irreversible damage done to the natural environment of mangrove trees”.
