S’kan night market can resume operation Feb 20: SMC

SANDAKAN: The Municipal Council (SMC) announced Monday the night markets at Kim Fung and Indah Jaya Mile 4 Sandakan, as well as the convenience shops and bundles at Bandar Sandakan are allowed to resume their operations beginning Feb 20.  

SMC President, Wong Foo Tin (pic), said for the night markets, they are allowed to operate from 4pm to 10pm, while the convenience shops and bundles at Bandar Sandakan are allowed to operate from 6am to 5pm. 

He said the approval to operate is subject to compliance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued from time to time.
