Manchester United whizkid Amad produced a masterclass for the U23's victory over Blackburn Rovers.
Amad produced three assists and scored a goal himself as United's U23s fought back from 4-2 down to seal a late 6-4 victory against Blackburn Rovers.
Amad notched three assists as the U23s battled back from two goals down to beat Blackburn in a 10-goal thriller on Friday night, scoring the final goal to cap a remarkable comeback. Fellow youth prospect Sholas Shoretire bagged a hat-trick, while Joe Hugill and Hannibal Mejbri also got on the scoresheet.
Amad agreed to join United in the summer transfer window, but had to wait until the January window for his move from Atalanta to be finalised.
While his involvement against Blackburn means a squad role against Everton on Saturday night is unlikely, it may not be too long before manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is tempted to involve the young winger - especially given United are juggling a potential Premier League title challenge along with Europa League and FA Cup football.
