Mikel Balenziaga has signed a new contract with Athletic Bilbao.
The wing-back has extended his deal by 12 months to 2022.
Balenziaga has signed his renewal without termination clause. The Gipuzkoan celebrates his tenth season in the first team, with 271 matches played in all competitions.
The veteran has been acting as cover for first-choice left-back Yuri Berchiche this term.
