Tapping a market of 900m consumers

Kota Kinabalu: The setting up of Indonesia’s new capital in East Kalimantan will boost the economic development of BIMP-EAGA, tapping into a market of 900 million consumers.

This was the gist of the presentation ‘Soaring on the Wings of Change’ articulated by Emmanuel F. Pinol (pic) speaking on behalf of the Mindanao Development Authority of the Republic of the Philippines recently at the 3rd Session of the 16th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) 2020 Roundtable Series here pertaining to ‘Indonesia’s Shifting Capital: Opportunities for Borneo’ with regard to Mindanao.
