Former Manchester United pair Henning Berg and Erik Nevland believe Manchester City will win the title this season.
Both Norwegians are happy seeing United respond to manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this term, but believes their old club will fall short.
Berg told VG: "Just as it is now, City is made with the best form and with the best quality.
"They have a couple of players out, but it does not look like that will stop them from winning matches.
"United have had a great season so far and they have good players who can decide close and even matches in Fernandes, Rashford, Cavani and De Gea."
Nevland, meanwhile, says: "It will probably be tough for Manchester United this year, but they are in the race, so it is positive.
"I think Manchester City wins ahead of Manchester United, Leicester and Liverpool in that order."
