Burnley owner Alan Pace is in talks to buy Serie ASpezia.
Milano Finanza reports two investors as ALK Capital and MSD Capital are in talks to buy Spezia from patron Gabriele Volpi.
The first is run by Pace, a businessman who has only just completed the takeover of Premier League club Burnley for £170m, purchasing 84 per cent of the capital.
The other belongs to the family office of the founder of Dell Technologies.
This report states that they are prepared to pay €25m to purchase Spezia.
