Drop in new cases: Local tourism players more optimistic

Kota Kinabalu: The arrival of the first batch of Covid-19 vaccines in Sabah on Thursday and the continuos drop in the number of new daily cases reported are starting to convince local tourism players to restart their operations.

One glaring example is the announcement of KK-based Airworld Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd who said its doors will be open to the public starting March 1.
