Scrapping Kg Sim-Sim parking lots unwise

SANDAKAN: Tanjung Papat Assemblyman Datuk Frankie Poon Ming Fung (pic) expressed regret over the State Government’s decision to shelve the previous government’s plan to create 130 parking lots at the front of Jambatan 16 of Kg Sim-Sim.

  “It is a loss for the local residents. The postponement has resulted in Kg Sim-Sim residents having to suffer being issued traffic summonses due to lack of parking lots,” he said, adding that it owed the residents an explanation.
