Manchester City star Phil Foden is delighted with scoring the perfect goal against Liverpool.
Foden enjoyed a fantastic game, with the 20-year-old playing the role of both scorer and creator in the top of the table clash.
City won 4-1 at Anfield to cement their status as favourites to win the league, and Foden showed his quality as a false nine throughout the contest.
"I struck [my goal] perfect and I'm just happy to see it go in and help the team," Foden said to reporters post-game.
"It gives us every chance to go on and win [the title], but the job isn't done and we've got a long way to go.
"When you beat the champions, everyone's confidence goes sky high, so it can only help us."
