Inner Wheel to rescue of Kudat folks

BANGGI: Kg Palak, here, is fortunate to have been selected for a water project by Inner Wheel District 331 (covering East Malaysia and Singapore), where the Inner Wheel clubs pooled their resources to implement it.

“Villagers of Kampung Palak have indicated their desire to embark on their own community mitigation measures to address the water supply problem and have no qualms about contributing their sweat equity in the construction of a proper water system.
