Barcelona have tabled pre-contract terms to Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum.
Off contract in June, Wijnaldum has been free to discuss pre-contract terms with foreign clubs from January 1.
And Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira reports: "Liverpool and Gini Wijnaldum have not reached an agreement to extend his contract.
"Barça are working to sign the Dutch midfielder and have offered 3-years contract (€8M/year).
"Inter have also shown interest and asked (for) info, but they have not made a bid yet."
