Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's new Covid-19 cases doubled to 73 from yesterday partly due to a spike in cases in Keningau, said Datuk Masidi Manjun.

"Double up! The number of new cases in Sabah shot up to 73 today partly due to the sharp rise in new cases in Keningau which reported 29," Sabah's spokesman for the crisis announced on Twitter.

"The cases came from two clusters in the district. Tawau is 10 but KK dropped to two cases. Please, please observe all SOPs."
