Police report against You Tuber

PUTATAN: Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) Putatan has lodged a police report on a You Tuber account called “Orait Nopo” on March 18 at the Karamunsing police station for allegedly making false defamatory statements against two Star leaders.

Pictures of Star President Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan and its coordinator, Phillip Daniel Among, had been uploaded in the You Tube video.

Head of Information Star Putatan, Sidnan Musi, said the You Tuber had 24 hours to apologise and withdraw the video on You Tube.

OKK Mohd Dini Mohd Khan, Deputy Chief Parliamentary Coordinator (TKPP), said the posting had a very bad impact on Star.

“There are many implications for Star members and Sabahans who watch the video.”
