The 6ft 6in centre-back is one who scouts believe can go to the top of the game, per the Daily Express.
West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Wolves have all watched Souttar in recent months.
Each of these clubs would be happy to sign the 22-year-old, but Stoke would want a huge bid to even consider parting with such a vital asset.
