Bayer Leverkusen defender Edmond Tapsoba has been offered to Barcelona.
Sport says Deco, who acts as Tapsoba's agent, has been in contact with former club Barca about placing the young stopper at the Nou Camp this summer.
Deco has made contact with all three presidential candidates - Joan Laporta, Toni Freixa and Victor Font - to offer them Tapsoba.
The former Barca star took the Portuguese youngster from VitoriaGuimaraes to Bayer for €18m, where his progress has been explosive this season.
Bayer now rate Tapsoba in the €40m class.
