West Ham United midfielder Tomas Soucek can succeed in the Champions League, according to Czech Republic boss Jaroslav Silhavy.
Soucek has enjoyed an excellent season at club level with the Hammers, and is in free scoring form with his country during their World Cup Qualifiers.
He netted a hat trick during a 6-2 win over Estonia last Wednesday, and has 13 goals in 39 games for club and country this season.
Silhavy said, per The Sun: "Tomas plays very well in the Premier League. I am really not surprised because he is really hard working.
"He's already played in the Champions League for Slavia Prague and was very good - but now he is even better.
"So I am convinced he can succeed in the Champions League with West Ham too."
