Manchester United striker Anthony Martial is facing a race to recover ahead of his team's Premier League clash with Brighton at the weekend, per RMC Sport.

Martial is on international duty with France, but suffered an injury during their 2-0 win over Kazakhstan in World Cup Qualifying.

Martial is out for the next game against Bosnia on Wednesday, and could even miss United's game against Brighton on Sunday.

If Martial is out, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would have a selection headache, given Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood are both battling to gain fitness from injuries as well.

Edinson Cavani may be United's only fit striker for the Brighton game.
