West Ham United could be close to clinching a permanent deal for Craig Dawson.
The English centre-back needs to play two more games to activate a clause in his loan deal that would make the arrangement permanent.
Dawson would be bought for just £2.2 million if he plays 14 Premier League games.
He is currently on 12, having made his debut for the team in December.
The 30-year-old is currently a Watford player, and was out of favour at the Championship club before coming to West Ham on loan in the summer.
