Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has sent a message to his players through an Instagram comment.
Left-back Ben Davies earned a call up to the Wales team for the World Cup qualifiers against Czech Republic and Belgium.
However, the 27-year-old had to withdraw himself due to an injury.
The Spurs official account posted that news, and Mourinho replied to that post.
He stated: "When a player plays injured to help his team recover from two bad defeats, this can happen. A man, a team player," along with a thumbs up emoji.
Spurs players will know at this stage that Mourinho is someone who greatly admires footballers who can push through the pain barrier to help their teammates.
