Real Madrid and Barcelona are eyeing RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate.
AS says Konate is on the agenda of both Real Madrid and Barcelona. The 21-year-old French defender is one of Europe's most promising centre-backs and has been linked with some of the biggest clubs in the game.
Real Madrid has followed him for more than a year and only a knee injury, which has forced him to miss 37 games, has prevented the Los Merengues from making a firm move. Real coach Zinedine Zidane is a big fan
Barcelona, for their part, also has Konate as one of its objectives this summer as they seek to strengthen their defensive options.
Konate's buyout clause is €45m, but the German club would be willing to negotiate a transfer for a lower fee of €25-30m.
