Valencia midfielder Yunus Musah is yet to make a definitive decision over his international future.
United States and England are awaiting on a decision from Musah, who has not yet said "yes" to a new call-up from the US nor a "no" to the attempts by England.
USA coach Gregg Berhalter will name his latest squad next week for friendly matches in Europe against Jamaica and Ireland. His plans are to include the name of Musah, as he did in November. Then, Musah started in the friendlies against Panama and Wales.
But England, where he's played 32 games, from U15 to U18, is also pushing Musah to choose them.
Musah was with Arsenal from the age of nine to 17 and England coach Gareth Southgate recently said: "We think he is a good player, we would like him to be with us."
