But! says ASSE coach Claude Puel has largely ignored the 19 year-old this season, but he enjoys an excellent reputation across Europe.
Wolves and Napoli are watching Moueffek's situation closely and are willing to ferry him away from France this summer.
The player has not yet made a decision but the interest of both clubs is flattering for the youngster.
Moueffek has a contract with ASSE to 2022.
