60 bitcoin mining machines seized, man held in Tawau

TAWAU: Police arrested a man and seized 60 bitcoin mining machines in two raids between 1.30pm and 2pm at a shophouse area in Bandar Sri Indah, here, on Tuesday.

Tawau Police Chief ACP Peter Umbuas said 20 units of bitcoin mining machines of various brands and other equipment were seized from the first premises located on the first floor of a building.
