Sevilla defender Diego Carlos admits teammate Jules Kounde can play at a higher level.
The young Frenchman has been tracked by Manchester United and PSG, among several European giants.
Diego Carlos said: "He has great quality and it is clear that he can play for the biggest clubs in Europe, I have no doubt about that.
"He is still a young player who will get even better.
"He has fantastic qualities and will certainly go a long way."
