Lazio No2 Massimiliano Farris was happy after their 2-1 defeat of Spezia.
A late Felipe Caicedo penalty earned the points for Lazio.
“It was an exciting ending," Farris told DAZN. “They put great pressure on us for 70 minutes, then they tend to stretch.
“The team have been very good at absorbing this pressure. In the first half we had some chances and we knew it would be difficult to create with continuity."
Farris had no doubts about what Lazio's greatest merit after the narrow win at the Olimpico was.
“It was humility," he said. “They come to play with their non-trivial concepts, and if you're not careful, they will hurt you.
“Without humility, you don't win these games."
