Independiente vice-president Pablo Moyano admits they're trying to sign Manchester City great Sergio Aguero.
City and Aguero will split after ten years at the end of this season and a return to formative club Independiente has been raised.
Moyano told Radio 10: "We are all excited, but we know the economic conditions in our country that makes impossible to buy a player with the qualities of Sergio Aguero.
"But certainly the president is talking about it."
It's been suggested this week that Aguero is looking to remain in Europe at this stage.
