Wolves have joined the race for Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham.

The England international is seeking an exit from Stamford Bridge after falling out of favour with Thomas Tuchel.

Abraham has not featured in Chelsea's last seven Premier League games.

Aston Villa and West Ham United have shown an interest in the 23-year-old.

According to Football Insider, Wolves are also planning to move for Abraham this summer.

Nuno Espirito Santo wants to bolster his attacking options regardless of how Raul Jimenez full recovers from his fractured skull injury.

The Portuguese attempted to sign Abraham in January 2019.
