Newcastle United may not have an easy time securing Arsenal's Joe Willock in the summer.
The midfielder has impressed in recent weeks, scoring many key goals to help his side build a gap between themselves and the relegation zone.
The Magpies look to have secured their Premier League status for another year.
And according to The Mirror, if Toon want to bring Willock back to the club next term, when his loan from Arsenal expires, they will have to pay an ever increasing fee.
The 21-year-old is seeing his value increase with each valuable goal he scores.
Willock has scored four crucial goals for Newcastle since joining them in January, including a 95th minute equaliser against Liverpool last weekend.
Arsenal currently rate Willock at £20m, but they could decide to keep him at the Emirates if he continues to prove himself on Tyneside.
