Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) said it found not only squatter areas stealing electricity  but also factories, hotels and individuals out to make a profit without paying for their power consumption. 

SESB General Manager (Asset Management), Norhizami Abu Hassan, said: “Most of the illegal wiring connections are done by connecting wires directly to power sources such as lines and substations.”
