SANDAKAN: A company manager and a civil servant are in remand for six days from Wednesday for allegedly submitting false claim over boat maintenance of 1Malaysia Mobile Clinics in Kinabatangan, involving RM336,000, in 2019.The remand order was issued by Magistrate Wan Farrah Farriza Wan Ghazal. Sabah MACC Director S Karunanithy, when contacted, said the two men were arrested at the Sandakan MACC office on Tuesday.
They are being investigated under Section 18 of the MACC Act 2009, he added.
