Contraband fags seized in LD

LAHAD DATU: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) foiled an attempt to smuggled in 4,400 sticks of cigarettes at 1.5 nautical miles west of Pulau Kerok, here, on Friday.

Lahad Datu Maritime Zone Director, Maritime Commander Abdul Muhaimin Muhammad Salleh, said the contraband cigarettes were seized from a boat at about 6am.
