Atalanta technical director Giovanni Sartori insists no offers have arrived for Josip Ilicic.
The midfielder has been linked with AC Milan.
But Sartori says: “I read about this, but as far as we are concerned, there's no truth to it. These are baseless rumours."
On interest in Mattia Pessina, Sartori concedes offers are expected.
“He could become a big name on the transfer market. He is having a great season, confirming his excellent form on loan at Verona, and has found a role that suits him just behind the striker.
“Atalanta will not let go of Pessina easily. If Atalanta do sell a major player, it will just be one."
