Manchester City have made Aston Villa's Jack Grealish their top transfer target.
City are viewed as one of a handful of clubs in world football who could consider a mega-money move to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland this summer.
However, the Sunday World says Grealish has now emerged as City manager Pep Guardiola's £75million dream signing, with a source saying that Aston Villa are fully aware of City's interest in the former Ireland underage international.
Villa will be desperate to hang on to the playmaker, but a big-money offer from City may be too much for the 25-year-old to resist.
Guardiola has stated on several occasions that City will not look to sign Haaland this summer, as he believes the club will not spend in excess of £100million on one player.
