Kota Kinabalu: The Kota Kinabalu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KKCCCI) is awaiting the land title for the 107,636 sq ft state land next to SJK (C) Chung Hwa Likas offered by the State Government in exchange for a disputed 7,200 sq ft land adjacent to the school. Its President Datuk Michael Lui (pic) said the land swap application process had been legally completed with respect to the consensus of the 133 chamber members who voted in favour of the swap.
