Leicester City goalkeeper Daniel Iversen remains confident of a long-term future with the Foxes.
Iversen is currently on-loan with Preston North End.
He told Bold: "You can of course think about it, but a lot of things can happen - especially in my position. It's not like I can come back to Leicester next season and get a few minutes here and there. This is not how it goes when you are a goalkeeper.
"You have to be very patient. I'm hoping a bit that I can be loaned out next season too, and then you have to take it from there, in terms of what Leicester think and where I stand in relation to the goalkeepers that are in Leicester."
On staying one more season at Preston, Iversen continued: "I'm definitely open to that.
"There are a lot of things that need to be connected in the football world and there are a lot of things that need to be agreed upon."
