Marco Van Ginkel is set to leave Chelsea.
The midfielder's deal expires in June, though there's been suggestions Chelsea could hand him another 12 months.
But the Mirror says PSV Eindhoven looks as though the Dutch club are going to make things official.
Van Ginkel joined Chelsea in 2013 but has barely played, taking in five loan spells since, three of which have been with PSV.
